How can I get in touch?

How much notice should I give?
As much as possible, we only take on a limited amount each week so it may be the case a certain week is booked up months in advance. 3 weeks notice minimum is ideal, however please do get in touch to see if we can accommodate if you have a shorter time frame.
Do you have a price list?
As all our cakes are bespoke, we can provide you with a quote once we have an idea of the type of cake you have in mind. Prices are dependent on size, shape and intricacy of the cake.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and is payable via bank transfer. The balance is payable on delivery or collection. For wedding cakes or orders over £300, the balance is payable 3 days prior.
For short notice orders of 10 days or less, the full amount is payable at time of confirmation
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is free within 3 miles for orders over £75. For deliveries further than 3 miles, there is a £1 per mile round trip charge. Delivery is not available for addresses within the city centre.
There is free delivery on wedding cakes or orders exceeding the value of £300 for venues within Greater Manchester.
Can I collect?
Collection is from Old Trafford, M169WH. Please note although our premises is a registered business we are also a residential property, hence all appointments must be made in advance.
Do you price match/discount?
Our quotes take into account the cost of ingredients, materials, labour and costs of running a business. We keep our quotes fair to the client and to ourselves, hence we are unable to discount or price match.
Please do not ask us for discount as refusal often offends.
Are you able to replicate a cake I've seen?
We can not duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work however inspiration can be drawn from any reference images.
Are your cakes Halal?
Yes, all of our cakes are Halal.
